Community Health Initiative

Community Health Initiative (CHI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation dedicated to achieving 100% healthcare coverage. Since its foundation in 2005, we have addressed systemic challenges with access to healthcare, locally and state wide. Collaborations with partner agencies, including businesses have allowed us to bridge health insurance gaps in our communities. We have skilled and licensed bilingual and bicultural staff who mirror the community's needs and initiates their access to the services.

CHI reaches out to families in communities who need information and assistance in enrolling in affordable health insurance plans. Just as importantly, our team follows up with families to ensure they are using their coverage and staying enrolled.
