Solano Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Announces Future Leaders Scholarship for 2024
Fairfield, CA — September 2024 – The Solano Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (SHCC) is proud to announce the launch of its 2024 Future Leaders Scholarship program. This scholarship is designed to support and empower high school seniors and college freshmen from Solano County as they pursue higher education and work toward becoming the leaders of tomorrow.
As part of our commitment to fostering educational growth and providing opportunities for local youth, the Solano Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will be awarding three scholarships of $1,000 each. This initiative is aimed at students with strong ties to their communities who demonstrate academic achievement and a commitment to making a positive impact.
Scholarship Details:
- Amount: $1,000 (3 scholarships will be awarded)
- Eligibility: Open to high school seniors or college freshmen who reside in Solano County.
- Deadline for Application: October 4, 2024, at 11:55 p.m.
- Award Announcement: Scholarships will be presented at the Solano Hispanic Chamber of Commerce's Annual Gala on November 8, 2024.
- Complete the 2024 Application Form available on our website.
- Submit an essay (500-700 words) or a short video addressing the following:
- Your personal background.
- Your future goals and aspirations.
- Your involvement in school and the community.
- How this scholarship will help you achieve your academic and career objectives.
- Submit the essay or video along with proof of enrollment and academic records by October 4, 2024.
