🏡 It’s EASE-y to Upgrade Your Home and Save Money: Energy-Saving Program Now Available to Solano County Residents
The Solano Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (SHCC) is proud to partner with the Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN) to promote the Efficiency and Sustainable Energy (EASE) Home Program—a valuable resource for income-eligible homeowners and renters in Solano County.
This exciting program helps families make energy upgrades to their homes while improving comfort, health, and energy efficiency—with BayREN covering up to 80% of the costs of core upgrades such as insulation, air sealing, duct replacement, smart thermostats, and more.

This exciting program helps families make energy upgrades to their homes while improving comfort, health, and energy efficiency—with BayREN covering up to 80% of the costs of core upgrades such as insulation, air sealing, duct replacement, smart thermostats, and more.
✅ Program Highlights:
- BayREN covers 80% of the cost for core home upgrades (maximum out-of-pocket is $1,000)
- Designed for income-qualified households (see income chart in flyer)
- Available to homeowners and renters (renters must have landlord permission)
- Includes a free in-home site visit with recommendations from an Energy Advisor
- Support includes rebate application help, permits, and trusted contractor installation
- All upgrades come with a 1-year warranty
