SHCC Celebrates Three “Women of the Year” Honorees in Solano County

Fairfield, CA — October 29, 2025. The Solano Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (SHCC) is proud to celebrate three board leaders who were recognized as 2025 Women of the Year by Congressman John Garamendi for their outstanding service to families, culture, and community across Solano County. Honorees Making an Impact Across Solano County

Yajaira Rubio Machado — Culture, Youth & Community
