Registration Now Open for the 2026 NorCal Career Fair
Finding the right job or the best candidate for a position can feel overwhelming. Endless online searches, application after application, and too many dead ends can make the process frustrating for both job seekers and employers.
The 2026 NorCal Career Fair will offer a different path forward by connecting job seekers and employers in one place.
Hosted by the Workforce Development Board of Solano County in partnership with Solano Community College, the NorCal Career Fair will take place Thursday, April 2, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Solano Community College’s Building 1400 Student Union, 4000 Suisun Valley Road, in Fairfield.
Up to 90 regional employers and hundreds of local job seekers are expected to participate in this premier hiring event. The career fair is free to attend and free for employers to participate, making it an accessible gateway for job seekers ready for new career opportunities and businesses looking to connect with local talent.
The Solano WDB is offering two no-cost workshops designed to help job seekers stand out at the NorCal Career Fair. These ‘Career Fair Bootcamps,’ Navigating a Career Fair with Confidence and Level Up Your Job Search, are available both virtually and in person at the WDB’s America’s Job Centers in Fairfield and Vallejo. Participants will learn to craft a standout resume that grabs attention, and master proven strategies to confidently connect with employers.
Job seekers and employers can register for the 2026 NorCal Career Fair and learn more about the Career Fair Bootcamps at solanoemployment.org/careerfair.
