I previously served on the Executive Board of the Solano HCC for 6 years; as Chairman of the VCA (formerly Vallejo Business Alliance); appointed to Vallejo Participatory Budgeting Steering Committee; Vallejo Naval & Historical Museum Board of Directors; appointed to San Mateo County Charter Review Committee; appointed to San Mateo County Criminal Justice Council. I founded two independent insurance agencies: Gonzalez Insurance Agency (San Mateo) followed by DAVCO Financial & Insurance Services (San Francisco). I recently added DAVCO Financial to provide financial services for business owners, primarily small to medium sized, with services such as Section 125 Efficiency Plan and competitive Health Benefit Plans.
