Tune in to learn how easy it is to certify your business through the Supplier Diversity Clearinghouseand access this multi million dollar utility industry in California.\n\n\n\nWHAT IS SUPPLIER DIVERSITY?\n\n\n\nCommonly referred to as "Supplier Diversity\," General Order (GO) 156 is a California Public Utilities Commission(CPUC) program that encourages California utilities to prioritize contracts and subcontracts to businesses that meet diversity qualifications. To qualify\, businesses must have a majority ownership of women\, minority\, disabled veteran\, and/or LGBT owners. That is to say\, 51% diversity owned enterprises. Once certified as a diverse supplier\, qualified businesses will be listed in the CPUC's Clearinghouse\, which utilities can then access for their contracting needs.\n\n\n\nHOW CAN MCE HELP YOU?\n\n\n\nIn today's competitive environment\, Supplier Diversity certification is another way to get your business noticed and stand out among the competition.
