During the month of May\, the Solano County community will have the chance to learn and explore the following topics surrounding mental health and foster care: You're Not Alone: (How to access resources\, suicide prevention\, foster care 101\, and foster care misconceptions) It's Okay to Speak Up: (Who to turn to when support is needed\, campus liaisons\, healthy relationships\, therapy\, and starting difficult conversations with family) It's Okay to Be Me: (LGBTQ+ and identity\, youth with disabilities\, youth in foster care\, and youth experiencing mental health challenges) Together We Can: (Race and equity\, cultural sensitivity\, and family barriers)
